How far in advance should I order?
To ensure your order can be completed, please order at least 5 DAYS in advance.

Do you deliver?
Unfortunately, we only offer collection at this time.
(Pick up location is in Altrincham. An alternative pick up location may be possible - please enquire for information.)

How do I store the cake and how long does it last?
As our cakes are made of fresh cream, please keep the cake refrigerated until it is ready to be served. Do not leave cake out at room temperature. Our cakes are best consumed on the day of collection and can be kept for 1-2 days. Please note that the freshness of the cake may change after 24 hours.

What is your cancellation policy?
All our cakes are made to order so we do not accept cancellations or give refunds after order has been confirmed.

Can I change my collection date?
Collection date can only be changed for a later date and please give a minimum of 3 days notice from your original collection date.

What allergens are handled at Amaii?
Our cakes contain: Eggs. Dairy. Gluten/Wheat. Nuts.
8.
Do you have any gluten free/vegans cakes?
Unfortunately we do not offer any gluten free/vegan cakes at the moment.
